Is it wise to make friends online?

Recently as the mean of communicating is more and more developed and convenience,people begin to creat a social relationship circle on the Internet.For instance ,people especially the young people begin to make friends online by QQ, E-mail,MSN and so on.I fancy it is somewhat good and wise for them to do so.My reasons as follow:
First of all ,it is well-know that the globalization is the tendency of the whole world,and all kinds of information begin to exchang widely and fully .Even we set off to do business activities on Internet.The world on the Internet is fundamentally a real world ,why we can not have a try to make friends online?
Furthermore,we can make friends across all over the world on the Internet,which in a certain way widen our horizon of sight and enrich our knowledge.The widely communicating world break the booth we used to coop in and offer us a chance to enjoy the feast of different cultures and customs.
The last not least important,by making friends online ,we contrive to touch the spiritual world inside ourselves.We sometimes suffer from troubles and trap in poisonous mood ,while we do not want to tell the people around lest we should embarassed later.Then we choose to have a coversation with friends online.
According the facts I have reffered ,I advocate to make friends online,But as crime and cheating exit in real world,that kind of things also appear now and then ,more or less on the Internet.So please take care and keep an eye on your friends you made.
